Belated Wishes On The Way
What happens when you try to juggle more than you should? In my case you receive a card in the mail. Not just any card though, this was a card that I bought, signed, addressed to myself and mailed.
As I looked through our mail I even thought to myself that this handwriting looks familiar.
Imagine my surprise to find that I’d cared enough to send the very best to myself. The worst part is I’m not even sure who the birthday card was intended for. Now I need to figure out who didn’t get a card and send them a belated wishes.
Thank you for making me laugh.
When I signed my mom’s Mother’s Day card this year, I was doing at least 2 other things and instead of writing “Happy Mother’s Day” I wrote “Happy Birthday” and then had to scratch it out.
Of course, being my mom, she had to comment on it. Fortunately, she understands the multitasking thing all too well…
That is too funny! I hope the person it was meant for finds it as amusing as I do. At the end of some days I just sit and wonder what the heck I actually did during the day.
That’s kinda sweet
Getting a card from yourself
I hope you remember who it was meant for!
It’s early, I have a long day and this broke the ice. It’s the best to know that as we do silly things we’re not alone.
Thanks so much for sharing..I’m still laughing..

This is classic. I’ll never forget this about you.
You rock! I am just impressed that you actually addressed the envelope and put it in the mail. I suck at that.
Hope things settle down a bit for you.
